Responsible for solving queries in regard to services or products provided by company and collect desired information from clients and maintain healthy relationships
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Complete daily call targets in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer data in CRM.
- Lead conversion.
- To write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them
- on a regular basis.
- Job Requirement: –
- Work in BPO / Call Center environment
- Rotational shifts & Weekly off
- Age Bracket – (18-35 Years)
- Minimum Qualifications– Graduation / 12th pass
- Experience- 6month-5 Years
- Technical Skills-Computer Knowledge & Operating skills
- Typing Speed should be good min 20 WPM
- Language Skills- English, Hindi, Marathi
