Mr. Rajendra Mutha, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited, brings over three decades of experience in healthcare industry. A certified pharmacist accredited by the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, he has been instrumental in driving the Company’s strategic vision and operational excellence. His leadership is characterised by a strong emphasis on ethical business practices, disciplined decision-making and innovation. Under his stewardship, Krsnaa Diagnostics has strengthened its focus on expanding access to affordable and quality diagnostics, with a growing presence across diverse geographies in India.

He serves as the Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Operation Committee. Mr. Rajendra Mutha does not hold directorship in any other body corporate.

Mr. Yash Mutha is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy, operations and overall business management, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and transformation of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and is a respected associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has also passed Certified Fraud Examiner exam, accredited by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) exams held by the CISA Certification Committee, USA. Since joining the Company in 2017, Mr. Mutha has been a driving force behind our strategic initiatives, overseeing key operational functions and reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence. His leadership as Managing Director has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the healthcare diagnostics industry, enhancing corporate governance and fostering sustainable business growth.

Mr. Chetan Desai is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant. With a career spanning 49 years, he retired in 2018 as Managing Partner from M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP, a leading CA firm. He has wide knowledge and exposure in the fields of corporate governance, compliance, corporate laws, accounting, auditing and related areas.

He serves as the Chairman of Audit Committee and is a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. He also holds Directorship in other Companies including Angel Xpress Foundation, Crystal Crop Protection Limited, Delta Corp Limited, Nippon Life India Trustee Limited, Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd, and Sula Vineyards Limited.
