Mr. Rajendra Mutha brings over two decades of experience in pharmacy and diagnostics, combining deep domain knowledge with strong operational leadership. A certified pharmacist accredited by the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, he plays a central role in shaping the Company’s long-term strategy and driving execution excellence. Under his guidance, Krsnaa Diagnostics continues to strengthen its focus on scale, quality, and accessibility in healthcare delivery.

With over 18 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, and business management, Mr. Yash Mutha has been instrumental in Krsnaa Diagnostics’ growth and transformation journey. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also certified as a Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Since joining the Company in 2017, he has led key strategic initiatives, strengthened governance frameworks, and driven operational efficiency. His leadership has played a vital role in navigating the complexities of the diagnostics sector while reinforcing the Company’s commitment to innovation, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Chetan Desai is a Chartered Accountant with nearly five decades of professional experience. He retired in 2018 as Managing Partner of Haribhakti & Co. LLP, one of India’s leading chartered accountancy firms. His expertise spans corporate governance, compliance, corporate laws, accounting, and auditing.
He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He also holds directorships on the boards of other companies, contributing deep financial and governance oversight.
