Mr. Prem Pradeep is the Nominee Director of the Company brings more than 41 years of experience in senior leadership and business management. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. Over the course of his career, he has held senior management positions at Bharti Infratel and Bharti Airtel as CEO, as well as at PepsiCo India, Arvind Mills and the TVS Group.

He is currently an Operating Partner at Phi Capital and mentors and coaches select start-ups. Mr. Prem Pradeep does not hold directorship in any other body corporate.
