She is also the publisher of one of India’s longest-running marketing newsletters, with over 30,000 subscribers. She brings valuable expertise in brand growth, customer-centric innovation and corporate governance.

She is a Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She also holds Directorship in other Companies including Bajaj Consumer Care Limited, CIEL HR Services Limited, CreditAccess Grameen Limited, and Paul Writer Strategic Services Private Limited.

Mr. Raju Venkatraman is a seasoned business leader and serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience across healthcare, IT/ITeS and business transformation. He is the Founder and former Chairman & Managing Director of Medall Healthcare, where he played a key role in scaling the organisation into a leading diagnostics player in India. He has also held senior leadership positions at Firstsource Solutions, including President, COO and Joint Managing Director, with extensive experience in global business scaling.

He is a Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee. He also holds Directorship in other Companies including Anunta Technology Management Services Limited, Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, IITM Incubation Cell, Imersive.io Private Limited, Prodapt Solutions Private Limited, and Vetri Infodata Private Limited.

Mr. Adesh Kumar Gupta is the Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and AMP from Harvard with a rich experience over four Decades in Corporate Strategy, M&A, Business Restructuring, Fund Raising, Taxation, among others. He worked for over 3.5 decades in Aditya Birla Group and has held senior positions including board positions in various companies and businesses of the group.

He serves as the Chairman of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and is a Member of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.
