- Job Summary:
- We are looking for an HR Executive – Compliance to manage statutory compliance activities, employee benefits, and HR operational processes. The candidate should have knowledge of PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, labor compliance, challans, and employee records management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor law-related activities.
- Prepare and verify monthly challans, ECR files, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate for employee Mediclaim enrollment, additions, deletions, and claim support.
- Maintain employee compliance records and ensure audit readiness.
- Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and payroll compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for timely compliance submissions.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and documentation.
- Support HR operations, onboarding documentation, and employee records management.
- Liaise with external vendors and government authorities whenever required.
- Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Mediclaim, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of payroll compliance and challan processing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
