We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Fresher) to support business development activities in the Pathology & Radiology verticals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals to promote company services.
- Support the team in generating new business opportunities through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
- Assist in presenting and explaining diagnostic services to potential clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance from the senior team.
- Gather and share market insights, competitor information, and local trends with the sales team.
- Contribute toward planning and executing area-wise sales strategies.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.) — Freshers welcome.
- Candidates with degrees in Medical Technology, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, or related fields will be given preference.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and willingness to work in a field-based role.
- Basic understanding of the Pune geography (preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
