Core Responsibilities
 Coordinate and execute Learning & Development initiatives in line with organizational
goals.
 Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by
coordinating with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
 Manage the end-to-end training process, including training nominations, scheduling,
logistics, communication, attendance, feedback collection, and training evaluations.
 Coordinate classroom training, virtual sessions, e-learning programs, induction, refresher
training, and external training programs.
 Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely
course assignments, learner tracking, and completion monitoring.
 Prepare and maintain training calendars, training records, MIS reports, dashboards, and
presentations using Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
 Monitor training effectiveness through feedback analysis, assessments, and post-training
evaluations.
 Support the development and implementation of competency frameworks, Individual
Development Plans (IDPs), and career development initiatives.
 Coordinate with internal trainers, external training partners, and vendors for seamless
training delivery.
 Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new employees as required.
 Ensure all mandatory compliance and regulatory training records are updated and auditready.
 Maintain training documentation, SOPs, attendance records, certifications, and learning
reports.
 Support HR projects related to employee development, performance management, and
organizational capability building.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification
 Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
 Executive: 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination,
or HR Learning.
 Senior Executive: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or
Corporate Training.
 Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, hospital, or service industry will be an added
advantage.
