Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by generating new business through field visits, productive calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic partners across Radiology, Pathology, and verticals.
- Effectively present and promote diagnostic services, conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals in line with business goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, track KPIs, and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to ensure regional goals are met.
- Devise and implement area-wise business strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector, with mandatory experience in the segment.
- Proven team management experience with the ability to coach and lead a sales team effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with a background in Medical Technology, B.Pharm, or related healthcare fields will be prioritized.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nashik healthcare market and customer base.
- Prior field sales experience is essential
