Location- Pune Chinchwad

Core Responsibilities

Primary Task-

· Must be familiar to various pathological/ radiology investigations

· Should be able to recognize the critical cases in the reported CT and MRI

· Will be involved in informing the referring Doctors / Centre Technicians about the critical reports over the phone.

· Coordinate with the Centers and HUB team for expediting the reporting of the critical cases.

· Serve as single point of contact for all enquiry regarding critical cases done at all the centers all over India

· Train the call center and HUB staff on clinical points on regular basis

· Maintain record of the Critical cases informed and do CAPA analysis if not adhering to quality and TAT.

Secondary Task

· Counsel patient for various radiological/ pathological report and must be able to explain same to non-medico in laymen languages for their understanding physically/ over a call

· Must be able to guide patient for further treatment (to whom consult) with various medical investigations

· Ready to Assist to call center for radiological/ pathological investigation queries by physically attending call or over a conference call

· Participate in CSR activities and camps ( SOS )

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification- MBBS / BHMS / BAMS

Experience- 0-3 years

Behavioural Skills- Self-driven Target Oriented. Should have strong interpersonal & Management skills

Language- English, Hindi
