Mr. Chetan Desai is a Chartered Accountant with nearly five decades of professional experience. He retired in 2018 as Managing Partner of Haribhakti & Co. LLP, one of India’s leading chartered accountancy firms. His expertise spans corporate governance, compliance, corporate laws, accounting, and auditing.
He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He also holds directorships on the boards of other companies, contributing deep financial and governance oversight.

Ms. Chhaya Palrecha is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of post-qualification experience across finance, accounting, and governance. She has also obtained international certifications, including CISA (ISACA, USA), US CPA, and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.
She has led finance and accounts functions across diverse manufacturing and service industries and has served as an Independent Director on the boards of Indian corporates with global operations for the past nine years. At Krsnaa Diagnostics, she is a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Mr. Rajiva Ranjan Verma brings extensive public sector and corporate experience to the Board. He retired in 2016 as Director General of Police, Railway Protection Force, Government of India, after 39 years of distinguished service. His career includes senior leadership roles across critical security and governance institutions, including CISF, BPR&D, NCRB, Civil Defence, Fire Services, and Home Guards.
Post-retirement, he worked with Tata Power as Corporate Chief of Security, Vigilance, and Corporate Relations. He currently serves as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
