Mr. Adesh Kumar Gupta is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and an alumnus of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program. With over 40 years of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, fundraising, and taxation, he brings deep strategic insight to the Board.
He spent more than three decades with the Aditya Birla Group, holding senior leadership and board positions across several group companies, including Grasim Industries and Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited.

Mr. Prem Pradeep holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He has over 40 years of leadership experience and has held CEO and senior management roles at Bharti Infratel, Bharti Airtel, PepsiCo India, Arvind Mills, and the TVS Group.
He is currently an Operating Partner at Phi Capital and actively mentors startups. At Krsnaa Diagnostics, he serves on the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
